These terms cover using Duplicate File Finder, the Windows utility published by Adiram Technologies ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Duplicate File Finder, you agree to them.
Duplicate File Finder Free is provided at no cost for personal and business use. Duplicate File Finder Pro is unlocked by a one-time purchase of a license key, granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate and use Pro features for as long as you like — no subscription, no expiry. Your license key is for your own use; please don't share or resell it.
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer for the purpose of bypassing licensing, or use Duplicate File Finder to violate applicable law.
Duplicate File Finder is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We built it to be careful with your files — deletes go to the Recycle Bin, moves are undoable, and nothing runs without your approval — but we can't guarantee the software is error-free, and you're responsible for keeping independent backups of anything important. No file-management tool, including this one, should be your only safeguard against data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adiram Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Duplicate File Finder, including data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license (which is $0 for the Free tier).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
